Hired My Web Pilot LLC through www.HireMyMom.com Owner Dave Darby wrote contract to develop a web 2.0 site for TPN. Signed contract and started development. At estimated completion of site, Dave Darby called to talk me through portions of the developing site that were functioning. At end of phone call he stated he needed more money to continue development due to changes in his company and 'their risk.' I offered in GOOD FAITH to give a generous 500.00 but this was ignored. My Web Pilot did not continue developing as their contract stated, but sent letter stating they would end contract and have all files to me within 7 days. (this was an option in the contract) That was due in January. I have received NO files, NO completed site. My Web Pilot has also taken other documents I paid for over the past year (totally over 1200.00) and removed them from my origional site, directing them to their web site.
My Web Pilot has taken over $10,200.00 and given me ZERO. I paid through their bank account directly - Wells Fargo Bank.
Dave Darby and his wife Julie also have access to my bank accounts and bank cards as well as my merchant account.
