I ordered online a software for the GRE exam study, but after i placed the order i have never received the link for that "software" I called the company and i was told that if i will send an e-mail they will make sure i will have what i ordered... That never happened. I called for a refund but I have never seen my money back, although i was told so. I tried to call them but nobody picked up the phone on the number given. Anyway I learned from this to first look at the contact numbers, I will make sure if it says India i will never ever order anything...
