Subject: Likom scams consumers
Thank you for posting my report on the Likom scam. I also appreciate your fairness by having your editor write a statement that Fry's is not responsible for this situation and is trying to help their customers get the rebates.
I was at Fry's today and was told by customer service that the president of their company is now involved in dealing with Likom about this situation and promises that something will be done.
Keep up the good work you're doing and I am definately going to inform my friends about your great web site!
