I got road runner service back in June at which time I cancelled my AOL service, but they can't seem to find any record of my doing so.
I have been billed twice for 23.90 in August and September. I cancelled again upon finding the charge on my account again.
This second cancellation I was sure to get a confirmation number since my word was not good enough for these people.
I am out 47.80 because I did not know my e-mail address on AOL was part of the service unlike Yahoo. There is no charge for my Yahoo e-mail, how was I to know AOL was any different? And to charge me full monthly service fee as well.
