Purchasing from their store is much like gaming. I have requested three times from their store and obtained 2 from the 3 requests.
First-order was to get a processor and that I obtained it in 3 times. I thought it had been a great indication that I ought to purchase more regularly from their website.
Second-order was to get a situation, memory, psu, along with a motherboard. I never received some of it.
Third-order was positioned each day following the second-order since I forgot to-order a processor. I received it 19 days later. (I settled for 3-8 day shipping).
I emailed customer support and was informed they'd check out the lost purchase 2 weeks before. They still havenot solved this and havenot been answering my emails. The only real occasions I acquired an answer was after I approached Better Business Office, however it was never solved. Compuvest turned to accusing me that I'd the "incorrect following range" (I submitted thier verification mail they delivered me, back again to them displaying the number was the main one I received from them.) which I "didn't possess a safe delivery area" (I've near signal DVR viewing the whole border of the home and examined 3 months worth of movie without viewing their shipping). They've the nerve to express "once it is shipped, the vendor's responsibility stops", but I never obtained their cargo, as my cameras established. For several I understand, they might have delivered my order towards the boss's-wife's-friend's-sibling-in-law's-second cousin. The customer support representative, Ralph, actually published towards the BBB he "favored that I purchase from elsewhere due to the trouble of the client". With the problems they offered me, I'dnot purchase again anyhow. I am waiting a couple of days more before I-file a challenge with my charge card business. All I'd like is my cash back.
