I started a business and had a website and was doing fairly well with it. I received a phone call from a sales guy with this company and he talked me into buying their website.
I closed my website and went with this company. I specifically asked the sales guy about shipping cost and he said that it was included in the price of the product. I thought that was pretty good so I brought a $1,000.00 website from them.
A couple of months go by and I havent sold anything so I had my sister buy something and when she told me what the shipping cost was, I was pissed. They charge 400% shipping. Now thats not a mistake. I then started to check their other products. Shipping was outrageous with these guys. I pleaded with them to change this but they would not budge. After all they had my money they didnt care.
The salesman also said they had a program.
The only program I saw was the website. They are after one thingTo sell a website and to GET YOUR MONEY.
There merchant account CARD SERVICE INTERNATIONAL is also a scam Read the contract carefully with this company. This company cost me $525.00 termination fee.
Because I was scammed I had to close this merchant account down. To make a long story short, if you don't cancel the merchant on your 6 month or 12 month anniversary, they will fine you $300.00 termnation fee.
I contacted this Merchant account and gave them a date of when I would pay them. The lady said it would be OK to pay it on that date. I was one day late because of the labor day weekend and got slapped in the face with this termination fee of $300.00
I did not pay Its the principal.
I wrote them a letter and never got a reply. So I thought it was over. A year later, they have a cut throat lawyer calling me saying breach of contract we own $525.00 or we would have to go court. They call on a Friday and want the money on Monday. I had to argue with them for 45 minutes before I got a two day extension. I paid because Its my word against theirs and it would have cost a fortune to pay these scam artist
I really dont see how these guys sleep at night. I would never, ever, treat people like this.
These guys are the scum of the earth and they will get their day is coming
