"Order two pair of boots from Classicaluggs.com. After ordering I realized these where probably fake so I emailed the company and got a response that the where indeed authentic. After receiving boots it was very obvious that the boots are knock-offs. The boots came in a box with no return address, no packing slip. I have emailed the company several times, below are the emails:

After ordering these I have a concern that these are not truly "official Uggs", that they are a knock off version. Are the shoes you are representing on your website, the real Uggs or a knock off version?
