I purchased soft ware for a Scotts catalog download and after downloading the software I tried to open it to begin using it and was asked for a log in and registration number. I have since sent 4 emails requesting the information to begin using the software and have never received a response. I have tried to call and the answering machine says that a message can not be left because the inbox is full. I have been without the ability to use this expensive software for over a month now and I am very frustrated with the silence I am receiving from him. I do not know where to turn for help.
As a side bar, my need for access to this software is to arrange my stamp collection in an orderly system to provide information to my children. I am 75 years old and in poor health and want to collect this information for them to make things easier for them to deal with this collection should I pass.
