Thank you for e-mailing us.in case my post was not clear, the responsibilities of this position are as follows: you will be answering our main phone and taking messages whenever necessary, you will work on scheduling our company meetings, and running errands for us for things such as purchasing supplies and making the bank deposits (you will always be provided with a company car). While you are running errands, you will also be given one of our company credit card (s) for all business purchases.
You are extremely qualified for the current position, and more so than the other 19 people we received resumes from. I would like to find an available time to set up the next step with you. However, before I am able to schedule a formal meeting, our company will require that you acquire a fairly recent (past 10-12 business days) credit report. We, at PSX Corporation, have made this a standard because we have unfortunately had a few bad encounters with prior employees taking advantage of having access to one of our company credit cards.
Both myself and PSX will prefer it that you use http:/freecreditreportnow.com to acquire this information as they are currently offering a credit report, at zero cost to you. We have also found that their checks always report the most accurate information compared to others.
After you have submitted all necessary information, they will show your personal report. Afterwards, you need to email me the reported credit score, a phone number we can reach you at, and your schedule of availability to schedule an interview.
Do not email me the complete report, as it will most likely contain private content. If you currently have a less than desirable credit score, it will not prevent you from employment. Personally, I had a pretty low score whenever I started.
If you do not wish to complete a recent credit check, unfortunately PSX will require that I meet with our second choice. Honestly, I am hoping to get this position filled with a new friendly face and looking to your quick response.
