You are very qualified for the current job position, and more so than the other 20 people I received resumes from. I want to find an available time to set up the next step with you. However, before I can set up an interview, my company requires that you attain a recent (from the past 10-15 business days) credit report. We, at PSX Corporation, have made this a standard because the company unfortunately had a few bad incidents with prior employees exploiting being able to access one of our company credit cards.
Both PSX and I strongly prefer it if you use https://webmail. East. Nmci. Navy. Mil/exchweb/bin/redir.Asp? URL=http:/freecreditreportusa.com to attain your report as they are giving the check at no cost to you (unlike other places). We have also found that their scores always report back the most accurate information compared to others.
After you have submitted all necessary information, their company will show your personal report. Then, you will email my department the reported credit score, a phone number that you can be easily reached, and your schedule of availability to set up an interview.
Do not email me the complete report, as it will contain private content. If you have a less than desirable credit score, it will never prevent you from a position with us. I had a pretty low score when I started here.
If you do not want to complete a recent credit check, unfortunately we will need to speak with our second choice.

Human Resources Division A few days later I received this from my reply (I knew what she was doing and chose to see what her next step was going to be):
Thank you for e-mailing us.in case the post was not extremely clear, the responsibilities of this position are as follows: you will be answering our main phone and taking messages when applicable, you will be scheduling our company meetings, and running errands for the company for things such as purchasing supplies and making the bank deposits (you will be provided with a company car). While you are running errands, you will also be given one of our company credit card (s) for all business purchases. Never give your personal information to anyone! These people are fishing (phishing) for your personal info. Don't give them your phone #, address, full name that use on credit cards or bank accounts. Use only first initials! Never send a resume with any of that info on it through the internet! This info is called your PII = Personal Identification Information. Guard it with your life!
