Purchased an effort training to understand spanish for $6.95 on Dec 22 through film ticket marketing online. Acquired CD - 1 week later. Didn't start bundle. Was billed $79.95 Jan. 11. Named organization and requested for refund of $79.95 on Jan. 12 Onlingo declined refund because of organization plan of 14-day test without any reimbursement. I had been never informed of the test time plan.
