Ripoff offered free for 6.95 billed credit card for 89.95

Onlingo ran an ad on the internet for Spanish instruction, free, just pay $6.95 shipping. I ordered.

They billed my credit card for $89.95.

I returned the imcomplete package, with a "return recipt requested". The signature, when returned, is unreadable and marked "agent".

I have not been able to reach them, by any means, for a refund. They do not answer their phone nor their emails.

I now have no recourse for a refund.
