Part of the problems... Repeated unauthorized billings for add-ons not ordered, billings for "automatic upgrades" not ordered because they're"sure you'll want this", inability to contact anyone to reversecharges, a totally inept billing depart. It took me 3 months to get my moneyback and only after sending letters from my lawyer. I have 150 emails on filebetween me and them. I had to send registered letters copied to my credit cardcompany to ensure they cease billing me long AFTER I had closed all accountsand cancelled domains.
