I signed up for 1.97 and now i cant evan get into my account i called the company and they told me that the login was down and will be back working in an hour well that never happend

I signed up for 1.97 and now i can't even login to my account. I called customer service and was told that the login page was down and being worked on and to wait an hour and try again... It never worked
