Failed to deliver product

I placed an order with this company for a custom made aircraft model and paid $500.00 up front to have this model custom built. After many months of waiting I starting receiving phone messages from the company asking me to approve the pictures of the model before they would ship it. I have telephoned them at least 5 times and e-mailed them at least 5 times trying to get them to send the "pictures" to the correct e-mail address (one that they easily contacted me at to charge my credit card). So far no model and nothing to show for my experience except a $500.00 charge on my crdit card and several rude telephone conversations.
