Alex, the supervisor, wouldn't pay attention to my requirements and was rude and condescending after I was attempting to talk and served like I had been the main one being rude. After I questioned exactly what the plan was for receiving a reimbursement, he first explained they did not do discounts and after I pushed the problem he explained he'd need to email me the process, that we haven't obtained. I'd significantly think hard about using the services of a business who are able to just be useful when one is purchasing an item.
