With the online games that I play, called MMORPG, or Massively Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Game (s), the CD authentication key is really all that is required for you to download and play the game.
Recently, I bought Guild Wars: Eye of the North from IGXE.com; had not one problem either. HOWEVER, now they are insisting upon identification, too. Personally, I never trusted them, and use a Wal Mart gift debit card for all of my online purchases. So all they really got was the Money Card number and my picture ID, nothing else.
That was Christmas evening. Now it is the day after Christmas, 12/26. No authentication key in email, yet my card has been charged. That is bull, and why I contacted you. I want my money back.
