I signed up to purchace ISK for Eve Online and after buying the ISK they dilivered In Game Plex for me to sell for ISK. I first refused to take the Plex because I bought ISK on their site but after looking at in game market value, I took the Plex instead.
After buying the Items I was wanting off the in game Market, the next day I had a Message in my in-box stating that the Plex was purchased from their site with a stolen Credit card and that the ISK was removed from my account leaving me with a negative 1.8 Billion ISK.
With a negative ISK account ballance I was limited to what I could do in the game, thus making game play boaring. I did not contact the company or request any futher services or responce due to the fact of Criminal Activity and I did not want them to steal any more credit card numbers from anyone including me.
I did not know about complaint at the time of the incident, so I am posting my issues with IGXE now. I can produce Credit Card transactions and in/out of gaame emails if need be to prove it.
It took three months and a few freinds giving me ISK in game to get back to a positive ballance and I do not purchase items or ISK from On-Line Gold Stores any more.
IGXE are Thieves and I hope this report will help protect others before they get ripped off. These are facts that I can prove and would be willing to supply the information to Federal or State law Enforcement if requested. I have excepted the loss of my funds as a learning lesson athough it was costly to me in both US Funds and Game Play.
Remember to read your ULA for the game you are playing before purchasing Items and or Gold for your game.in most cases it can cost you your account access to the game or make the game not worth playing. From what I learned, most of the web sites selling Game currancy are getting their currancy from hacking other user accounts, stilling credit card # from other buyers or using game hacks to still the currancy from the game itself at no cost to them. They get it for free and charge you for them stilling it. The legal process of stopping them is costly because they or purchasing web services in US while they live in other countries and in most cases will never be charged for their criminal activities.
If you realy need to purchase your items On-Line then I would sugest you use "RubyFam.com" that is located in the US and has configured their site to be in compliant with Eve Online and other games according to those I have talked with in-game using external voice applications. You might have to wait 24 hours for some items to be deliverd but in most cases only an hour or two for most.
RubyFam.com does not use any in-game graphics on their site and because the Game does allow character to character trading of items and ISK, CCP can not punish them or you if you pay them to deliver you ISK or Items they generated though honest game play (they do not hack).
Please read RubyFam.com hours of service before you purchase anything because you might have to wait until the following Monday to receive your purchase.
