They charged my company on a fax line for what they say is a spam protection service. Why would they charge a phone number for a spam protection service. While they had no issues in charging me, they would not give me the e-mail address supplied to create the account, saying that it was a typing error on their part and it would be refunded.
As well they told me that the corporate offices do not have a phone number so there is no way to contact them. They asked for more information from us like name of company, etc... And I asked them to give me the information they were showing for this account and I would verify it if correct. They would not give me that information.
Stated that the refund would be processed within 48 hours, but that it might take two billing cycles before I see this applied?
