I received a confirmation for my order on 12/06/09 and another email telling me my order shipped on 12/08/09. A tracking # was included. I have received nothing since and the tracking # is useless. I went online to get the company phone # and found the website down. Then I searched online for any complaints & was brought to this site only to find numerous similar complaints. So, they can't refund our money? I find that highly questionable!
I had a similar problem back in August when about 2 weeks went byand I had received nothing. I was able to get online then & got their phone number. I called it. They assured me they had my usual brand & that they would ship it immediately. I then received the wrong type even though they had assured me they had it in stock.
