We entered into a written contract with DJ Wimberly's Company called Induvia or Musicmakers.com They were to provide us with a web site with in 30 days. The contract was written in July and it's December with no Web Site. Their contract clearly states that you have a risk free, money back satisfaction guarantee. We can not get them to finish or send us the files so we can get it finished. We have e-mails from Andrew stating at least 10 different delays.
