Suspend my account with $5000

Hello there, I am a freelancer on GetAFreelancer.com. Recently one of my colleague who is also a freelance provider and having a great number of long term and genuine clients, outsourced me a portion of his workload toward me as. I had formed a team for his work and presently we are all working toward a large scale project.

Clients still pays to my friends account and I was used to get money physically from him as he is staying not far from me.

Recently we agreed to settle down payment online and my colleague transferred me $5000 for my work on behalf of his client. GetAFreelancer had taken of 3% of the transaction, which was said to be their newly introduced charges.

Unfortunately after I requested money withdrawal, I found my account was suspended on Nov 29 with the reason, "ID verification needed".

I had forwarded my driving license details, National ID card details, Bank account details scanned. Now it was 2 weeks and I still couldn't see my money on my account.

For these 2 weeks, I opened tickets and try contact supports, nothing worked and still no one seems attended my tickets. Can any one advice me what to do please. I am in a very critical stage in needing money to pay salaries to my team before Christmas.

I would greatly appreciate, if some one can help me on this.
