I tried to cancel the Wild coins subscription plan I had through the online web page.
For some strange reason the account remained active. I tried to cancel again, no good.
Finally contacted customer support who refused to acknowledge my cancellation attempts and even accused me of not paying my bill. They had already charged me again for another month and I cried foul. They had my money, no email verification of my cancellation, forgot to take a screen shot of the cancellation page.
End result they have my money, but lost my business forever and I will continue to cry foul to any one who even mentions Wild Tangent to me.
I hope HP gets wise and drops them off their program.
