I went online and made a one time purchase for wild coins to allow my son to play games on line through this wild games. When I made the purchase the options were for a one time charge or monthly charge. I picked the one time charge without any doubt the one time charge. Wild Games is charging me monthly for $6.99. They will not provide a phone number to call them or a direct e-mail only their support page. I have submitted request for the charge to be stopped and provided my cell phone number with a request for someone to call me. They will not call me and they will not stop the charge. When I went online to access information as to how I may call them I saw that there is a very large problem with this, that this company has been doing this and getting away with it for a long time. They need to be stopped! Please help, no one should be able to just take as much money as they want out of someones checking account and get away with it.
