HP sent me 40 replacement ink cartridges in November that expire in December. ISB Escalation team has an employee named Jentry Beavers that gave me so much grief. She gave me 70% of the value of the ink that sent to them. Then replaced the cartridges with expiring ones. When I respond, I am told that my case is closed. How can a company treat customers like this? I received $1600 of expiring cartridges. Of course, they email me to tell me.
