Similar to the report I read here, the company told me I needed a simple power socket on my Gateway Laptop. They had me send it in, then they nailed me for all sorts of charges. Came back looking like they kicked it back. Scratched the case, screen and no audio. No response to my emailings, won't take Phone calls.
Now the unit burned up and I have nothing.
Maybe I'm the Moron for not checking the internet first.
