I couldn't understand why my credit card was declined the other day, I track all my finances very carefully. When I went online to pay my bill, I searched the transactions and discovered this "company" had charged me $110.00! I had never heard of these people, let alone authorized any charges! I just cannot figure out how they obtained my card information, including the 3 digit security code on the back. My card, chase, however was immemdiately helpful and filed a dispute and investigation. They even googled this company while I was on the phone without me asking them to and they saw all the negative reports on Real Goldsoft. It was therefore easy for them to see I was telling the truth. I hope my report will add support to all the others and I hope everyone who has been ripped off will get their money back. I could see if a person was scammed by a false claim for something, but are there others like me who never even saw it coming? Good luck to all...
