I'm not sure if this place is cheaper than geek squad but the owner is very unprofessional. It took his 2 months to fix our computer. I understand he was having trouble getting parts and things like that, but he would blow us off when we would call and never call us back when he said he would. He was very unapologetic about the whole process. It didn't even seem like we were getting a good deal. I would have paid double to not have dealt with the stress and frustration.
