On 11/19 I signed up with this company but was not made aware of the 3 day "free" trial period. On 11/25 I noticed my bank account had been charged $74.97 plus an international service fee of $2.97. I called the company immediately and after speaking to someone whose native tongue is NOT English for over 20 minutes, I had gotten basicaly nowhere. The agent said she would put a note on my account that I'd be calling back on 11/30 (mysteriously the billing department is always "closed") and that I expected a refund. My call on 11/30 was just as frustrating and, surprise, the billing department was still closed and the agent couldn't help me. At one point, he even feigned not being able to hear me clearly and English was not his first language either. They certainly have their agents trained with a strict script that they are obviously not to veer from no matter what. He told me to call back tomorrow between certain hours for the billing department, but after spending 2 days and over an hour with these con artists, I think I'll just file a complaint with my bank and dispute the charges. Also, they signed me up, without my authorization, with another company called expense tracker and a charge of $19.97 showed up on my bank statement as well. I called the toll free # I got online and another toll free # that the original company gave me and after being on hold for over 30 minutes I gave up and emailed expense tracker, not that I ever expect to hear back from them either. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER sign up with online companies that promise to help you make money.in my opinion, they are all rip off artists and know that they can make milliions of dollars off of unsuspecting Americans (onlineblogoffer/fast blog zone is based in England)
