Tweetafter I purchased a program in good faith and have had all kinds of problems with it. I contact the seller with mutiple emails with no responce. I thought I was protected since I purchased it with my pay pa 24

I bought this program and have had major problems with it since day one! I have sent multiple emails to the seller with no response. I now find out that since I bought it with my pay pal account that nothing can be done about this. All I really want is a little customer service but that's not happening!
