My account was deducted for $60.00 on 10/14/09, and I notified them on 10/15/09 that I no longer wanted their service. They said it was an automatic renewal, and they would cance.
I received an email on 10/15/09 stating that they had disabled my service.
On 10/16/09, I called in reference to my $60.00 being refunded. I was told that they don't refund, and I explained that was not what I was told on 10/15/09. They stated that my service was disabled, but they keep the money.
I told them fine, that I would file a usacomplaints.com, and they said they were going to refund my money in 7-10 days. It didn't take them 7-10 days to take my money, why should I have to wait, they didn't? It remains to be seen as to whether I get my refund or not.
