Doug from ABQ Seats displayed pathetic customer service regarding my ticket purchase for a concert in Toronto, Canada.
I purchased tickets through his affiliate TicketLiquidators and received my total price of $86 dollars. When the tickets arrived ABQ Seats had tacked on $25 for shipping which I had already paid for in my order. I then find out they have double charged my VISA for an additional $111.10 for the ticket price plus the fraud shipping charge. I have to now do a VISA chargeback. Here are the charges.

When I called to inquire Doug was both rude and dimwitted in his responses and tried to blame me. He actually hung up the phone on me and wouldn't answer when I called back.
There is nothing in the purchase agreement that says additional shipping charges can be added to the order.
Do NOT purchase anything from ABQ Seats. I'm putting out a 4 Star warning on ABQ Low Lifes.
It's always the one guy answering the phone, they only have a P. O Box and have no problem ignoring you if you have questions about fraudulent charges.
