I used Greenlight for a while and they were ok, but for some reason towards the end of 2008 they started issuing cheques, rather than bank credits as previously expected.
One of the cheques they sent, value of of 310.79 has never been received by myself, and I have tried numerous times to try and contact them to have another cheque sent but I have not been able to.
They DO NOT respond to emails, or their on-site "tickets" infact the email address displayed on site pings back a mail server error basically saying this email address is not in use.
The telephone number on the site is old, luckily the new number is obtained through calling the old one then listening to the automated message to get the new one.
I have managed to get through twice and both times gave full details and was assured someone would call be back, but they have not.
All I am asking them to do is check their records, this cheque should be outstanding still as I should be the only one who can cash it, if it's been cashed then it has been done illegally and I want it looked into regardless as I will take it to the police should this be the case.
I am owed 310 and will not stop until I receive it.
Until this is resolved I would urge everyone to avoid using Greenlight Payments as their customer support is virtually non-existent.
If a member of Greenlight reads this, then please note I will onluy subtract this entry on receipt of my money.
