Delays, 3month Process Still not REFI'd

Facts:

Refi process started Aug 22 it is now Nov 20 and we still have not closed.

Greenlight has indicated at least 4 times a date we would close

I have had to repeatedly contact Greenlight to get answers even up to the day of when we were supposed to be signing documents.

Because of Greenlights inept ability to get everything in order on their side my Credit has been Negatively affected (read below for details)

If you read the BBB on Greenlight you will see that this is NOT a single situation and that numerous other people have had similar 'serious' issues with Greenlight.

If I could give Greenlight a 0 or negative number I would. My REFI was started on Aug 22nd and was told by Michael Seradsky that it would be funded by end of September. After sending Michael every tidbit of my financial history it was then handed over to Chrystine Maynez, after that I have experienced the WORST customer service I have ever encountered. I have been told at least 4 different times we would close on particular dates and each one has came and gone and the worst part is I have had to contact Greenlight to validate what the status is the last being today November 19th.

To make things worse since Greenlight requested a payoff statement from Citimortgage at the end of September, Citimortgage automatically suspends the next months autodraft payments without prior authorization or notification this is occurring. This shouldn't have mattered since we were supposed to close well before the end of October but since we didn't I was notifiied at the beginning of November that my Citimortgage account was past 30days late. Citimortgage originally said they would send letters to each of the Credit Bureaus that the 30days past due was their fault for suspending the autodraft payments. I was recently notified that Citimortgage will not be providing letters to the Credit Bureaus because they called an outdated phone number (from 3 years ago) and apparently sent a letter well after the fact they suspended my autodraft payment for October. So because of Greenlights inept ability to put the closing documents together in any reasonable time, although I was fully approved back in September I STILL have not closed my REFI loan and it is November 20.

Beyond this my credit has been negatively affected in a major way because Greenlight can't seem to figure out how to complete this process in a reasonable manner and as indicated earlier Citimortgage automatically suspended my Autodraft payment for October without my approval or knowledge and now I have 4 credit bureaus that show I have a 30days past notice on my credit report...

What a Nightmare all because of Greenlights inept ability to process this in any reasonable fashion.

The worst part of all of this is the fact that I have had to contact Greenlight on every occassion to find out what is going on not the other way around.

Read the complaints on BBB yourself this is just one among hundreds and imagine how many haven't even taken the time to voice their dissatisfaction with Greenlight.
