My husband and I purchased the refund recovery software in hopes of creating a second income. We purchased the software via the internet and received it in about 10 days. Unfortunately, it was not what we expected it to be and attempted to inquire about getting our 30 day money-back guaruntee fulfilled.
I emailed 3 times to the email address listed on the website. All 3 emails returned stating the address was unknown. I tried to call the number listed on the website to inquire about returning the software i.E. Where to send it and to get our monies refunded and the number was not valid. From there I sent a letter to the address listed on the website regarding the same information and it has been 30 days and we have not received any information at all regarding this matter.
This is very dissapointing and it is our hopes that by reporting this on this website we will get some feedback or assistance in getting our money refunded.
