They are apparently not available to answer questions from long-term customers

As of October 31st this casino with whom I have gambled for over a year, abruptly stopped allowing me to enter their casino. I have about $800.00 credit with them, and was successful (once) in reaching their U.S. Toll-free phone number. Their operator kept me waiting on the line for about 15 minutes, and then cut me off.

On previous occasions, when trying to contact them, via telephone, the line has almost invariably been "busy". Also, although they claim to have chat service, since last week that is no longer operational.

I expect that, despite E-Mailing them, I have seen the last of my $800.00.

Beware, folks, they offer incredible bonuses - it COULD be a scam
