Ordered a camcorder from venue back in june was not what we expected so we called to ask for a rma slip. This we recieved right away and promptly returned the camcorder to them. They recieved the unit ion july 20,09. We called in sept to find out why our acciunt was still being charged for the unit which we returned. Impossible to talk with anyone at customer service and down right disrespectful. We finally got a call from a shirley willaims (866-922-0582 x 33360) on oct. 16,09. This was after we filed a complaint with the b.B.B. She told us that she would look into this and get back to us by the 20th or 21st of the month. Well guess what no call back and no response from anyone at venue.com. Filed complaint with the calif. State attorneys office on 10/29/09. If you have a problem with venue you should do the same also. This is a very unfair practice they are using against consumers to keep charging you monies that you don't owe.
It is now over 4 months since our order with venue and we aare still being charged for a camcorder that we send back on 07/14/09..
Do your self a favor *don't buy from these thieves*
