Be Careful when dealing with these guys-i bought something a few days back and not even recieved it and they dropped the price! I called and very rude customer service from India. They refused to refund the price diferrence that was advertised on their website even i had not recieved the product. I was finally able to get an USA rep who told me that they had discontinued the practice of matching prices or refunding drops in their price - (i have two e-mails to that effect). IF you still want to buy from these guys just remember that all disclaimers are not published as of 10/27/09. The second thing is the dealing with Indian or Sri Lankan representatives who dont understand you and vice-versa. They are extremely rude and hang-up on you when you ask for a supervisor or a Mgr. Amazon today is not the amazon we made them to be and we can support our country not to deal with merchants with unfair business practices and have a company that out sources most of their jobs and call centers overseas. Non-disclaimers of business practices is borderline fraud by the FTC and i will be notifying the Better Business and the FTC to put a stop to these these kind of sham. Support your neighborhood retailer! BE patrotic and do not support retailers who dont support us. God Bless the USA. Thank you for reading!!
