I made an online purchase for jewelry on July 5. I did not receive my merchandise, so I contacted the owner of the company. She told me the merchandise was backordered and she would let me know when it was coming in.
After not hearing from her for over a month I emailed her again asking where my order was. I emailed her to tell her I wanted a refund if she couldn't get the jewelry. She has never answered me or emailed me again. I have heard of several people that she has done this to. I guess this person enjoys taking peoples money and then disappearing.
