WEBLOYALTY.com They had been charging me for $12.00 since 01-18

I had not been using my american express for a while, then I star to notice a charge of $12.00 dollars every month from this company SHOPPERDISCOUNT.com NORWALK. I star to check back on my statements and my face turn green, when I noticed the same charge for 11 months. I call my credit card company American Express and they are working on this fraud, and they also sugest me to receive a new credit card. Be aware!!
