Charged for Magazine never received 2 Months after Ordering off Site

In July I ordered a wood block from the Ronco site I was charged for it and everything was fine. October 19 looking at my bank account online and come across a 36.00 charge that says TWX*9RJ4K4*COOKBOOKDIG 800-927-9651 NY I called the number they say my money will be refunded and will receive 2 complementary issues of the magazine.

I called the 800 number they told me that I needed to email them to cancel the subscription to the magazine. I have emailed them on the ronco site and then also the customer service email on the bill that I still have thankfully.

I have never received any magazine from them so how can I be charged for it when I have never received it. I will wait for a response as it is after 5 pm and they probably won't check emails til tomorrow.
