I also got suckered into this Program. Paid n never recieved any help from them about the download. But I paid with MC using Paypal I am protected with that purchase. Called n Card compa

I also got that Program from PMN and Had trouble downloading it. I emailed them a number of times. They emailed that a support team will contact me in. They're exact word:

This email is to confirm we have received your request for support regarding your software purchase. Our support team will respond to your request as quickly as possible, usually within 12 to 24 hours depending on support volumes. Rest assured your business is important to us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Well a few days later I emailed again and the same! I contacted Paypal and filed a complain with them.
I paid with a Credit Card and contacted them and they will stop Payment on them. Be smart and always pay with a CreditCard and have Protection against People like this!!!
