Stardoll.com has ripped me off more than once. My 3 acccounts fell victim to hacking and stardoll has done nothing to help me. All they have said is that they need a purchase number sent to the account's email adree to verify it was my account, but the hacker has changed the email and even when I DID have it undermy email, I never recieved a reciept to my email adress. The accounts were called imalicecullen... Halloween..., and Wildflower2400. Both were a lot of money to keep as good as they are now. All 3 were hacked and all stardoll has to say is'That we are very sorry.' In today's bad economy, sorry dosen't cut it after I spent my money on them. This stardoll's exact message to me after I told them:
Dear WildFlower2400, we are very sorry about what happened to your account (s).
We cannot prove that the account imalicecullen is yours until we have a confirmation # from a purchase. Sincerly, The Stardoll Staff. That isn't helping when the email was changed and I cannot acsess it anymore. I am through with stardoll.com.
I would strongly advice no one spend money on stardoll.com or as I say, stardoll. Con.
