I signed up for the service and used it one time. Additional charges started showing up on my credit card bill for airports I had never been to. I told them I was NOT at those airports on those days and they said my laptop was there using their service. My laptop does not travel with anyone but me. It was at my home office on the dates in question - go figure! DO NOT sign up for this service, you will regret it and you will not be credited for services you never received. What a rip-off.
