Company is charging for services I did not sign up for

When I received my phone bill last month, I saw charges for a company and I had no clue what it was. When I called AT&T they told me it was from a third party billing.

When I called Myiproducts they told me that I had signed up through the internet. I assured them that I had not, but they insisted that I did, but they agreed to stop charging me. They said that I would still see a charge for the following month because it had already been sent out.

When the next month bill came I saw the charge again, but no refund for the previous month, so I called them again. And again they told me that I signed up for it and they would not refund any amount. They would only stop charging me.

When I spoke with AT&T about this again they told me that they could not take the charges off because they had no authority. They also told me that they had looked into this problem and that "out of all the people who were charged for this 80% complained that they never signed up for this." As you can see this is a problem for consumers. Somehow I'm being charged for a service I never signed up for.
