Our modem is under warantee and also have had a few difficulties with it, nevertheless when I named Linksys for support, their Technology "woman" who talked bad Language, held me about the point for 1 1/2 hrs for troubleshooting before identifying the modem was faulty. One hour 5?! Please?! And today their return policy guarantees it'll be-at least 3-4 months before I've an upgraded one. Good ~ genuine good Linksys ~ Irun 4 pcs for the home based business! I'll never purchase a different one!!!
