On the basis of their own claims and third party references on the Net, I contracted FeaturePrice for their Platinum Plan of Web Hosting. Almost within a month, I started having serious problems, my mails to clients were not going and I wasn't receiving mails from clients either. For far too long, expecting the peoblem was with my ISP, I had plenty of quarrels with my ISP. Subsequently, by the time I realized the problem was with Feature Price, I had lost several thousands of $ of income thru lost contacts with clients.
I had, by then, shifted focus to another area of business, thru a different host, since I din't know how to set things right. The other business has picked up, but I have lost almost $100,000 thur lost sales and more thru lost goodwill. My prospects and clients of those days won't contact me again, as unreliable, not answering mails. I won't even know how many and who all contacted me then. There were also situations where my site was down for days, my domain was hijacked, and got dumb-looking replies from Customer Support.
I will send all correspondence once I know some action is being taken on this, as it requires a lot of work on my side.
I would be happy if
(i) Feature Price is brought to book
(ii) I am compensated for my losses to the tune of at least $ 50,000.
(iii) Firstly, I would like to have my host fee back ($300).
