Given credit line purchased computer tried to teturn because of defect out of box no return allow because they said it was broken i did not open box in store supposedly they did suspect sale of broke franklin

Purchased $1100 notebook with $3oo ex warranty have desktop with high speed at home. This was all told to the idiots. These people at conn's are actually programmed unable to deal with problems. Bought at&t air card which does not work at my home planned to terminate other internet provider. Took product back within trial period upon their checking the product which worked perfectly i mentioned the fact the dvd drive door fell off the first time i tried to show my mother a movie. Then they said no return because it was damaged. I didn't do it i think they have given me this computer box opened because at first they did not have one in stock then someone whispered something to this totally un qualified salesman and he suddenly appeared with a box. I didn't open it and i did not see them open it.
Scam? I was forced to take the box anyway because they threatened to damage me credit. Now the box sits in the corner waiting on response from attorney general. Warning... Stay away from conn's because the sell damaged products, just go in an check out some of the appliances they are trying to sell. Check out the king of scratch an dent dealers. Don't be fooled by the prices.
