Reserved a gulf view condo (Unit 104 The Indies) based on a website advertisement and pictures, on June 10. Prickett requested payment in full in advance. Agreed to payment, based on the website description and rental agreement provided. Upon arrival, on June 21, the location was found to be completely different than represented on the website. The unit has NO VIEW of the gulf. The access to the beach is across several streets and an entire neighborhood. This is not revealed on the website at all. This was not acceptable for us, having three small children, one of which, has cerebral palsy. We contacted the Pricketts immediately, and received no response. We did not at any time enter the unit, but continued to attempt to resolve the manner amicably. The Pricketts did not respond via phone at any time. Pictures on the website were taken from an undisclosed location. This gives the perspective client an incorrect opinion of the site prior to visiting. We have been unable to obtain a refund to date, and have been harassed by the Pricketts for attempting to obtain a refund for services that were misrepresented and not fulfilled. Will be happy to provide pictures and documentation to illustrate clear fraud.
