As others have stated, PSEP has HORRIBLE Customer Service. When their Parts Dept. Gives u incorrect info, too bad. The problem then becomes yours (ie, they take their restockiing fee, don't refund for shipping, etc.). If u call abt. It, u get the previously-described rude Brian (Office Mgr.) - who usually tells people how many complaints he gets every day (tell u smthg.?)! In our case, the restocking fee was less than $4 (standard shipping), but they obviously don't care abt. Getting return business... No matter how little the cost.in dealing w / them, MAKE SURE u KNOW u r ordering the right part. Otherwise, get their recommendation in writing. Also, don't count on them replying to your emails, if you have a problem; call! In addition to their giving me the wrong part # over the phone (& 'sticking' me, when I returned it), they charged my credit card, but never sent the part. I had to call 2 wks. Later, to ask where it was! (U could see the hand-written date change on the invoice.) Yes, their prices are good, but... Be careful. (Check other websites for complaints abt. Them, too.)
